Never mind i solved it The problem was that i wasn't transporting the steam to the turbines fast enough Everything is working fine and it's a stable program

The Program is not working very well for me i have a reactor and 4 turbines the reactor should output 8 buckets\tick for the turbines but the program has calibrated the reactor to only output 4 buckets
