using wget in 1.9.4

I'm using OpenComputers-MC1.9.4-1.6.0.35-dev, and even though I have an internet card in my computer the wget program seems to not be available.

 

Has this just not yet been ported, or am I missing something?

It's ported, you'll need to look for the "Internet" floppy disk. There is discussion on the issue tracker about how 'driver' programs should be handled, see https://github.com/MightyPirates/OpenComputers/issues/1866 for example

EDIT: Looking at the creative tab, I now see that the different colored disks have labels that don't show in JEI. EDIT2: Those aren't the same thing.
