The 3D printer is capable of printing basic blocks and shapes, and it's possible to have the block change shape when right clicked, so the door would be possible, but the chest wouldn't work, since prints can't have an inventory. Should be much easier than what your planning here, the programs for modeling in for resource packs are much simpler and better than the one for open computers.
