Failed to build the mod file

Question

Now, i am trying to translate OC into Japanese, and I finished editing, so now i want to test in Minecraft world.

I checked http://ocdoc.cil.li/tutorial:debug_1.7.10 and the first command "gradlew setupDecompWorkspace" was succeeded.

However, when I run the next command "gradlew build", it invoked error.

it is said,

could not resolve all dependencies for configuration ':provided'

could not resolve :ThaumicEnergistics:1.0.0.1-RV2

It seems to have 403 error in GET request

How can I solve this error?

Since I'm not familiar with both gradlew and English, I'm reallly happy if you would explain simply.

Over the next month or two I have hopes to migrate our gradle dependencies to a central and single server to make building the mod more reliable

I'll try to remember to update this post when that work is done.

I appreciate your help in translations.

Remember, we push to 1.7.10, 1.10, 1.11, and 1.12

When you are ready - I would need your translations for each version. There are changes in the label capitalization between those versions
