Turning on a computer?

I mean, I COULD press the on button, but I'd like to automate the process. (Specifically, one robot places another, which then goes off and does its thing.

 

Is there any way for one robot to turn on another?

You could try with the wake on redstone / network stuff, not sure on the specifics of those though. Check the wiki

If you sneak right click with an empty hand, the robot should start. And robots can sneak right click.
