In game editor problem

Greetings,

I am fairly new to OC and the LUA programming but am moving along rather well, if I say so myself...

Anyways,

I am having a problem with the editor that is driving me nuckign futs...

When I open a file in the editor, the text is constantly "flashing"...

All text BEHIND the cursor is "normal" if not a color I would prefer...

All text in front of the cursor "flashes" or "blinks" in time with the cursor.

This gets VERY aggrevating when you have a whole screen fll of text and you are only editing the first line or a middle line or just tryig to READ the file....I have to have the cursor at the very bottom of the page to not have to deal with the flashing.

How can I stop this?

How can I change the default color of the text from the drab and gross "red"?

This is certainly *not* the intended behavior of the editor. Do you have Optifine installed? Optifine likes to cause issues like the text randomly changing color depending on previous output, maybe it's causing the flashing too.

No...no optifine...I do not use liteload either..just forge
