If you have RFtools, I think that the Builder can serve that purpose.

My base on the "All the Mods" pack for 1.10.2 uses a Mekanism induction matrix for power storage, but unfortunately the RFtools monitor and energy module can't be used to monitor the power levels. I saw this (https://oc.cil.li/index.php?/topic/915-histograms-used-in-power-monitoring/) absolutely beautiful looking monitoring program for induction matrices, but unfortunately the provided code isn't a complete, working version and I'm completely clueless when it comes to coding. I've been able to get my computer to sense the matrix with an adapter, but other than that I'm lost. It appears that the original creator of that program hasn't been active for a few months, so I'm not really expecting to be able to get a complete copy of their program from them. However, I would love it if one of this site's many code gurus could help me to recreate the original program from said post using the provided framework.
