Yes, all other cables work and have had not troubles with anything else (world guard, other pipes, etc). However after more testing it seems that we were using 1.6.0.4 RC. After switching to 1.5.22.6 we were able to use cables again. Sorry, I did not realize we were using the unstable version!

For some reason, we're unable to place down cable when playing on our server. Right clicking does nothing. When we go to test in singleplayer, we can place it just fine. I've tried searching on the wiki, issue tracker, and these forums but I cannot seem to find anyone who also had this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? is this a setting somewhere or something? Thanks in advance!
