Hello, I am very new to coding let alone the Lua language. I am currently trying to get a power monitor for my small factory using immersive engineering. I have gotten all the machines connected with the adapter and they are appearing in my components list and I have ran some of the commands given by the lua interpreter but I just cant seem to get it to display when I type it into a text file or as any form of display. For example one command in the lua interpreter is
=component.ie_refinery.getMaxEnergyStored
When I run that command it gives me the data but when I place that into a text file I just run into errors. Any help would be very appreciated, Thanks in advance!
