file system wiping after each server restart/ reloading chunks

I run my own server with 3-7 friends on it and I was trying to get into opencomputers but everytime I shut and open the server again all of the data in the files is deleted. The file system is still intact but all of the code files are empty. It gives me the Halted error and I have to reinstall the OS everytime. I found a thread talking about a similar issue but now it says it's fixed however I am still having the issue. I'm using the latest 1.7.2 build. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
