In Single Player in the OC config there is an option "bufferChanges" set it to false. You'll find your programs in /MCDir/saves/savename/opencomputers/UUID/ UUID is the address of the hard drive that contains the files you want to edit.

Looks like your trying to run the program on an older OpenOS version or an older version of OpenComputers if the OC version is recent but you haven’t upgraded the OpenOS install you don’t have the new thread library.
