This, plus Computronics tapes, is my new backup system. hands down. they didn't call tar files Tape ARchive for no reason. (BTW, there is a lua version of DEFLATE out there, maybe .tar.zip could become a thing for OC?)

I think linking to a binary version would be a good idea for those of us incapable of compiling it ourselves, especially for Windows users.

Displaying PNG images is very possible, it's terribly slow though and requires a ton of memory. Youtube videos are impossible.

Computronics is still compatible with OC, and will be so for the foreseeable future. My own solution to your problem is to have a tablet and a drone with the same navigation upgrade, and use the tablet as sort of a "GPS" for the drone.
